My Professional Journey
I started my career planning and managing corporate events, where no detail was too small and no timeline too tight. Those years gave me the foundation to thrive in complex, high-pressure environments—balancing budgets, negotiating with vendors, and coordinating teams so events ran seamlessly.
From there, I expanded into business operations, where I discovered my real passion: helping organizations build structure and clarity behind the scenes. Over the years, I’ve supported not-for-profits, agencies, web developers, and course creators. My work centers around removing the chaos from day-to-day operations so leaders can get back to what they do best, leading.
Today, I partner with mission-driven organizations as their Fractional Director of Operations. I bring strategy, structure, and systems that allow businesses to scale with ease instead of overwhelm.

I live on acreage in rural Alberta, Canada, where I balance my love of business strategy with enjoying the simple things—gardening, spending time with my partner, our kids, and our pets (including a lively flock of chickens).
